Mihir applies systems thinking and system dynamics modelling to strengthen organisational impact. He is the Founder-Director of Dharinya Systems Change, Co-founder of DESTA Research, and visiting faculty at TISS, ISDM, and ILSS, with over 17 years of experience in research, teaching, and capacity building.

As Founder-Director of Dharinya Systems Change, Pradnya cultivates capacities for systems thinking and systemic action across sectors. An Advanced Facilitator certified by the Waters Center for Systems Thinking, she brings 15 years of experience across water, agriculture, and climate change adaptation, combining technical expertise with systemic practice for sustainable transformation.
